Dear Nick,

I have to say that it has turned out better than we ever imagined.

Nick came in the summer of 2020 to build our summer house.
He listened to our ideas and came up with suggestions to any problem that we might have had. The resulting summer house is fantastic. It is well built, fully insulated, and perfect, Nick is a perfectionist and it shows in quality of this build, from the foundations through to the design of the end finials.
The house was built on budget and in the time stated, I should also say it was considerably cheaper than similar ones available by the larger companies around.
I would have no problem in recommending Nick.

Nick worked building an extension on a rental property we own. We were limited with the time we had between student terms and limited as the property was terraced, meaning all the building material had to come through the house. The kitchen was also moved into the new extension at the back off the house, and the floors replaced with wooden ones throughout downstairs.

I can honestly say that the workmanship was excellent, the work was planned out well and finished on time. We were so please with the way it turned out that we asked Nick to repeat the work the following year on another extension we wanted to create.

Nick remains the person we go to when we look to have work or repairs carried out as after now completing two extensions, he has earnt out trust.

We're really pleased with the bespoke garden room Nick has built for us. Nick worked with us in a collaborative way to ensure that the building was what we really wanted and we felt fully engaged at every stage of the process.Nick designed the building to make the best use of the space available and was open to our suggestions on what materials to use and what the end result should look like. We wanted the front of the building to be clad in larch shingles, which Nick was happy for us to source ourselves and the end result looks stunning. The building is well insulated and is currently in use primarily as an office. It's beautiful and unique and in terms of price, it was very good value for money.

We used Nottingham Garden Rooms to build us a bespoke office/gym in our back garden. Nick turned up when he said he would and surpassed our expectations with his workmanship. We now have a fantastic room that mirrors the features of our house. I would highly recommend Nick if you want a good value professionally built garden room.

From the moment Nick visited our home for an initial discussion, it was just brilliant. He just gave us a feeling of reassurance. I am a perfectionist myself and certainly not the easiest customer to please but Nick also had high standards for his work and was also very patient with me. Nick provided a very comprehensive quote detailing materials and exactly what he will build. After a few tweaks here and then, we agreed a start date. During the build, Nick was very self sufficient and polite. He will also involve you as little or as much as you want throughout the process. Any hiccups along the way were always smoothed out and we were never too worried because Nick was invested in the project as much as we were. Even the minor changes or additional requests were taken happily. We are extremely happy with our new addition and can truly see Nick’s craftsmanship in the details. From our first meeting with Nick, we knew he was the right person to build our garden room. I had a design in mind that was a little different from most garden rooms and wondered if Nick would be able to work with my ideas/design. He gave me assurances that he could, and stated he actually liked working on different types of design projects. I was sold, and I thought he would be ideal for our build.

We went to see some of Nick’s previous customers local garden room builds and were very impressed with the high standard of his workmanship.

He gave us a quote that reflected our budget. It was very reasonable compared to other companies.

I certainly tested Nick with the build design. However, he always stepped up to the challenge & never failed to come up with a solution and then executed the modifications with skilled craftsmanship. He remained very patient with me throughout the build ….. trust me ….that couldn’t have been easy for him!!

Nick produced an absolutely stunning garden room for us, which far exceeded our expectations. We are absolutely delighted with it!

We contacted Nick after a local recommendation, asking him for advice and an estimate on a garage conversion. We couldn't be more pleased with the work he has done. Great communication throughout, work completed to a high standard and two very happy customers.
